About the Role:- Distribution Sales
We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial professional to lead and manage our Distribution-as-Service model. This is a high-impact, independent role where you will be responsible for end-to-end execution — from identifying qualified international and domestic manufacturers to onboarding the right distributors, enabling regulatory/logistics/marketing support, and ensuring alignment with our commercial model.
You will act as the single point of ownership for this vertical and play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our distribution services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Database Development
The person should be capable of building and maintaining a strong distributor database across multiple categories within the Life Sciences sector (Pharma, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, etc.) for India as well as international markets.
Distributor Validation & Client Introductions
The person should be able to identify, validate, and shortlist potential distributors, and introduce suitable distribution partners to clients who are planning to launch or expand their products into target markets
Qualifications & Experience:
5 +years of experience in medical device distribution, regulatory services, or business development
Strong understanding of Indian medtech distribution channels, regulatory environment, and import processes
Experience in independently managing clients or projects (end-to-end ownership is a must)
Excellent communication skills and confidence to handle client negotiations and distributor discussions
Pharma/Medtech/Regulatory background preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
