Overview
The Distribution Support Specialist II position is a customer support function and serves as a point of contact for internal and external communications within distribution.
The main responsibilities includes preparation of documents for outbound transportation, which includes delivery orders and commercial invoices for export and inter-company shipments, checking the products on SKU, quantity and initiates a Goods Inbound Discrepancy report for any damages or wrong products received, performs shipment receiving or confirmation in SAP or BAAN systems for inbound and outbound process respectively.
