Distribution Worker

If interested, please apply and submit your resume to [email protected] POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for receiving, storing, controlling and distributing supplies and equipment to all departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Receive incoming supplies and equipment 2. Inputs receipts into the Materials Management system 3. Assist in resolving any invoices discrepancies related to receiving 4. Distributes supplies and equipment as needed to all department in the hospital 5. Assist in controlling access to warehouse by assisting walk-in customers 6. Assist with receiving and asset tagging capital equipment 7. Accurately maintains asset log 8. Delivers incoming tagged equipment to Clinical Engineering for safety inspection 9. Acts as back up to Equipment Tech when needed 10. Acts as back up to Mailroom Tech when needed, and drives to work locations and other designated pick up/drop off sites. 11. Maintains fork lift certification 12. Performs safety inspection on fork lift prior to use 13. Maintains and replenishes crash carts 14. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and loading dock on a daily basis 15. Assist with physical inventory when requested 16. Assist with checking for expired products and rotating stock 17. Other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS A. Education High school diploma preferred B. Qualifications/Experience Valid California Driver's License Automobile Insurance 2-3 years experience in receiving/distribution warehouse preferred.
