Job Description
Responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and direction in his/her region for general trade and provincial modern trade channel via a National Distributor Sales Team. The incumbent has to drive analysis and deep-dive of bottoms-up forecast in his/her region provided by National Distributor sales team and lead them to an accurate outcome. The incumbent has to lead in formulating region and channel specific programs tailor-fit for the GT channel and provincial modern trade accounts for the National Distributor Sales Team excellent implementation; the Associate must also gather feedback and do a Post-Program analysis on the success and/or opportunity areas in his/her region. He or she must plan a full year Trade Investment plan, ensuring TLI and ROI parameters are achieved in and must work with the National Distributor Sales Team in driving Joint Business Planning (JBP’s) and the formulation of SCM Partner account plans and SubD Channel Plans.
