**Job Summary**



As a Partner and Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for managing our channel partner relationships and overseeing the distribution of NetApp products and services in defined region. You will work closely with our channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.



**Key Responsibilities**



**Channel/Partner Management:**



+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.

+ Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand NetApp's reach.

+ Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, set sales targets, and track performance.
