Job Description
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales and collection targets. Handle sales route planning, field coaching, store checks, merchandising and FIFO compliance, inventory monitoring, and validation of sales and collection reports. Coordinate with the Principal Company, assist in problem account collections, and act as a reliever when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales supervision, preferably in distribution or FMCG
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High integrity in handling collections, inventory, and reports
- Willing to work beyond regular hours when operationally required
