Responsibilities



  • Leads the process for the district’s student program; plans and organizes college recruiting activities, including orientations, events, networking with colleges and universities, managing databases, and coordinating interviews. Maintains strategic relationships with academic institutions.

  • Responsible for entry-to mid-level recruiting and onboarding practices.Administers HRPD programs and policies. Provides guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HRPD programs, policy, practices, compliance, and all aspects of career management.

  • Participates in district HRPD strategic planning process. Assists with development and execution of district-level projects/initiatives as assigned.

  • Maintains budget for assigned programs/initiatives.
