District Manager - Food Sector

The District Manager will have the following responsibilities :

• Ensure operational, commercial, and HR management of stores


• Monitor store performance targets and implement improvement strategies


• Conduct commercial store visits to ensure merchandising and promotional compliance


• Propose store-specific commercial actions


• Coach store teams and identify training needs

• Proven experience in a similar position or big experience in a leadership function in food sector


• Strong technical knowledge of store operations and team leadership


• Analytical mindset with dynamic, stress-resilient personality


• Excellent communication and listening skills


• Committed to delivering results


• French, Dutch is a big plus
