About the Role
We are hiring District Managers to strengthen on-ground engagement with Self Help Groups (SHGs) and support party cadre in mobilisation, outreach, and women-centric connect programmes. The role is critical in building structured district-level engagement with SHGs and converting outreach into sustained participation and ground support.
This is a field leadership role, ideal for candidates with strong local understanding, grassroots exposure, and people-management skills.
