Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting, collaborating with management.
  • Align with regional and business goals and, able to set and drive sales KPI productivity such as, sales estimates and revenue projections involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate.
  • Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with the Company standards.
  • Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each stores.
  • Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure that each stores delivers value and consumer experience excellence.
  • Able to apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competitions.
