Qualifications

Proven experience in multi-store retail management or supervisory role
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Solid background in sales planning, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation
Knowledge of profit and cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Strong understanding of safety standards, compliance, and operational policies
Brand-driven mindset with focus on customer experience
Willing to travel and accept cross-region assignments
Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
