District Manager

The District Manager, reporting to the Area Operations Manager, is accountable for the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of propane and associated services within a defined geographic area. This role provides leadership to frontline teams, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The District Manager plays a critical role in aligning field execution with corporate strategy, driving performance through effective workforce management, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.  The District Manager will oversee operations at our Flin Flon, MB and The Pas, MB locations.
What you'll do:
Champion a safety-first culture and ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to reinforce Zero Harm principles.
