As a District Manager you will plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites for a client or for multiple clients normally generating $2-15M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. This role focuses on high-end senior living properties ranging in size from 258 residents to 1,200 and requires knowledge of high end CCRC, food service, healthcare, and strong client-facing and resident-facing components.
Depending on the client(s), services can include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our District Manager are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client?s business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.
