Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create and distribute weekly sales reports 
  • Maintain up to date account of progress on target accounts 
  • Make 15 sales calls (visits) each week and record them in CRM database (60% target accounts, 30% prospects, 10% retention) 
  • Send weekly call summary and next week’s plan to District Sales Manager 
  • Actively participate in local trade groups to promote added-value and customized solutions to clients 
  • Assess market industry for trends and communicate them to operations 
  • Manage assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers in this area 
  • Meet expected contribution to revenue for new and existing accounts 
  • Generate at least 10 qualified sales leads per month to help maintain at least 30 ongoing active target accounts
