Join a leading Canadian distributor of premier surgical products. In this Alberta based role (Calgary or Edmonton), as DSM for the Prairies region, you will grow their surgical portfolio and manage sales and business operations throughout AB, SK and MB while leading a sales team of 3 reps and ensuring all territory sales goals are attained and business growth objectives are achieved. This is an exciting and challenging role for a player/coach sales leader with a focus on leading by example as you work closely with hospital customers throughout demonstrating sales and service excellence and collaborative teamwork while maintaining a strong commitment and adherence to the organization’s business strategy and goals.
