Overview

Responsible for the Central Region within an assigned geographic territory, for the sales of business unit products and services. Development of strong relationships with customers and distribution sales teams and grow sales in the district. The District Manager is a district-level sales leader and working manager whose greatest impact comes from owning key end-user relationships and translating regional priorities into a clear and actionable district plan. The DM is accountable for end-user engagement within the district and becomes directly involved where that level of leadership adds value, while still maintaining meaningful engagement with distribution partners through activities such as regional reviews and target account planning. The role is responsible for district planning and execution and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
