Scope of Position
Using strong communication skills and deadline management, Sales Operations will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, and have the ability to perform in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The District Sales Operations role supports all Business Development efforts in the district.
Reports to District Sales Manager
Key Deliverables
Sales Support
Support and attend weekly district sales meetingsManage and distribute sales leadsOrganize Sales training sessions for your districtManage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales teamReporting
Deliver reporting on a frequent basis to support sales initiatives and data integrityLocal expert and advocate of Sales Enablement toolsBids
Facilitate bid organization and responses for region’s bid owners (Executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting, deadline management, accuracy of response, etc.)Local expert on bid management and facilitationEvents
Coordinate and deliver customer-facing district events for the Business Development teamsAnalyze and deliver survey responsesMarketing
Local expert and advocate of templates and branding guidelinesSupport local marketing needsCoordinate and deliver Targeted Marketing Campaign and Regional Newsletter emails alongside Regional Sales OperationsPersonal Growth
Attend training and development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales and Sales OperationsWork closely with Regional Sales Operations and GEO Sales OperationsTake on additional assignments, as required, in support of Business Development in the district/regionQualifications
