Job Description

The District Trainer coordinates the district’s training program and support the training and development needs of the district, acting as an expert resource for district and employee-specific training plans.

The District Trainer also works in close collaboration with the Regional Training team to achieve training and development goals of the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports District Onboarding Program

    • Works closely with management teams to offer the best onboarding experience to new hires, to include presenting the employee with an onboarding plan on their first day. Ensures that new hires progress through general and role-specific new hire training in a timely manner.
