Diversity Dialogue Project Program Assistant

Position Summary:

The Diversity Dialogue Project (DDP) is seeking a ProgramAssistant to support the coordination, research, and implementation of this
university initiative. Students may apply for one or both positions (a
student facilitator or a program assistant). 

Expected hours: 20-25 hours each semester, averaging 1-2 hours per week (Fall 2025 and Spring 2026) 

Pay: $500 per semester

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing dialogues and training logistics.
  • Maintain communication between participants, facilitators, and faculty team.
  • Support data collection and survey administration for program evaluation.
  • Develop promotional materials and support recruitment/outreach.
  • Manage email and administrative correspondence.
  • Help prepare materials and maintain project documentation.
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google and Excel (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
  • Good academic standing (GPA or above).
  • Compliance with the University Code of Conduct.
