Division 8 Estimator

Cap8 Doors & Hardware is looking for a skilled Division 8 Estimator to join our growing team. If you know the ins and outs of doors, frames, and hardware — and you thrive in a fast-paced estimating environment — this role was built for you!

What You'll Do As a Division 8 Estimator :

· Analyze drawings, specs, and hardware schedules to build accurate project estimates.

· Ensure every proposal meets building code, ADA, life-safety, security, and fire-rating requirements.

· Build competitive estimates and present innovative value-engineering options.

· Partner with vendors, project managers, detailing, and operations for seamless transitions from bid to award.

· Communicate directly with customers, answer questions, clarify scope, and maintain strong relationships.

· Manage multiple bids, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
