Position Overview The Division Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the wastewater division, focusing on the management of lift stations and pump stations. This role requires strategic leadership to ensure efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of best practices in wastewater management. Compensation: Up to $150k base division profit sharing (potential total income of $250k) Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the wastewater division, including lift stations and pump stations. Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding wastewater management.
