  • Implementation and regular monitoring of the timeliness and effectiveness of crisis management at our locations.
  • Planning and implementation of crisis team training at the locations.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of preventive and corrective measures in crisis management.
  • Support of the global crisis team and active participation in crisis management in the event of an incident.
  • Coordinating the implementation of risk management in accordance with Group-wide guidelines.
  • Identification, assessment and monitoring of corporate risks in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Coordinating the development & implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Implementation and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
