Job Summary

:

Manages operational support functions. Works in conjunction with the management team to implement store programs control and reduce operating expenses while maximizing customer service and operational performance.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Manages and coordinates store receiving stocking customer service accounting and front end operations. Audits policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness of operations. Supervises associates engaged in a variety of functions i.e. accounting janitorial customer service etc. engaged in store operational support functions.


Coordinates store staffing requirements and training programs. Develops and maintains work schedules interviews and hires personnel and monitors and controls payroll expenses.
