Job Description
We have an immediate contract opportunity for a DLP Security Engineer (Proofpoint) with one of our UK clients.
Role: DLP Security Engineer (Proofpoint)
Contract: 6–8 months
Location: Wokingham / Warwick, UK (2–3 days per week onsite)
Clearance: SC Eligible or SC Cleared (mandatory)
Experience: 5–8 years
Mandatory Skill: Proofpoint Email Security
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and optimise Proofpoint solutions (Email Security, DLP, Threat Protection)
- Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, and lead email security incident response
- Design and enforce data security and compliance policies
- Develop Proofpoint rules, filters, and playbooks
- Work with Microsoft 365 environments
- Support audits, reporting, and security awareness initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Proofpoint (Email Protection, TAP, Information Protection)
