Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial Responsibilities
- Ensure zero outstanding beyond the credit period and reconcile DA vs Invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor discrepancies in collections.
- Reduce trade-in loss.
- Monitor and report DBD (Days Beyond Due).
- Increase DC/CC EMI penetration.
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Support HR in disseminating communications and updates to store employees.
Process & Performance Management
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs.
- Verify all activities as per the Day End checklist and sign off daily.
- Improve internal process and audit scores (SOP, SMART, NPS, Mystery audits) through timely interventions.
- Identify gaps in internal audits and ensure corrective compliance.
