Job Description

Position: Lead - DMS / Enterprise Content Management (ECM)


We are looking out for candidates with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with minimum 14+ years of overall experience out of which relevant to DMS / IBM BPM should be 8 years


Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & Governance: Defining the vision for content and process automation to meet business objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Integration: Ensuring seamless integration with core enterprise applications like SAP, Analytics, data lake, Mail systems, HR systems, etc.
  • Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Managing teams of developers, business analysts, and QA professionals who specialize in these platforms.
  • Data Management: Overseeing the processes and technologies for data capture, storage, integration, and disposal across different systems
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant data regulations and standards, minimizing risks related to data breaches or mismanagement.
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: Enabling the use of data for reporting and analytics to extract actionable insights and improve business processes and performance.
  • Leadership & Change Management: Directing information resources, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization (IT and business teams), and fostering a culture that values information as an asset.
  • Making system self-reliant, by reducing dependency on SI partner (or eliminating them completely)
  • Building and nurturing a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, or enhancing team capabilities through targeted training programs.
  • Responsible for managing the software architectural design, configuration, and development, run (operational support) and change management; in an agile way with a DevOps mindset
  • Implement continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability.
  • Ensure that applications are appropriately and sufficiently monitored to provide real-time observation of health conditions
  • Coordinate with outsourcing partners on new requirements and ad-hoc operational requests and ensure implementation thereof
  • Ensure availability of applications / systems and infrastructure through real-time monitoring, events and alarms management etc.
  • Ensure that disaster recovery programs are prepared and implemented to provide business continuity and disaster recovery
  • Monitor, control, and perform corrective actions based on problem management methodology pertaining to IT Services, tools, systems and applications
  • Work with the GRC team and assist them to conduct audit and assurance activities
  • Delivering service using ITIL methodology


Skills:


  • Experience in managing systems, applications related to Business process modelling (BPM) and content /document management system (DMS, CM) applications like IBM BPM /BAW; etc. Knowledge of IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), IBM FileNet, OpenText xECM (Extended Enterprise Content Management), etc. shall be an added advantage.
  • Good to have experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTAPI, SOAP, OData, Java, Node.js, Python, ABAP, low code, no code.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP HANA, ABAP, etc. shall be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Computer Programming, software code /product /program development, administration and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Database, PL/SQL, RDBMS /object RDBMS, NoSQL
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people to enhance understanding and drive to decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
  • Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in software application testing and performance monitoring
  • Experience of managing applications operations for large scalable infrastructure.
  • Understanding of standards and frameworks such as ITIL, CMM, PCI-DSS, ISO-27001, ISO-22301, etc and lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks
