Job Description

1. Enters and manages sales, service, and inventory data into a Dealer Management System (DMS).

2. Updating, organizing, and maintaining existing records within the DMS to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Scanning, filing, sorting, and managing both physical and electronic documents and records related to the DMS.

4. Cross-referencing and verifying data to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.

5. Assisting with the maintenance and reconciliation of inventory data within the system.

6. Working with other departments (sales/service) to receive and verify data and escalating issues when necessary.

7. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and customer data handled through the DMS.
