Job Description:

As a DMS Support, you will be primary key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective resolution of issues. You will be responsible for providing backend support, addressing client queries, and assisting users in maximizing the potential of our (DMS). Your role will contribute to the smooth operation of distribution processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and support a solution-driven approach to ensure an optimal client experience. By delivering high-quality service and effective system usage guidance, you will play a critical part in supporting the success of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle client queries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-ups.

Deliver accurate information to clients, ensuring effective system usage.

Monitor stock movement, adjust orders, and manage inventory levels with Sales Manager & SS.

Oversee regular stock audits to ensure data accuracy.

Provide insights into trends, sales forecasts, and stock levels to senior management.

Evaluate team performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Conduct user training for effective DMS usage.

Consistently upgrade product knowledge for better client adoption.


Key Skills Required:

> Experience: 2+ years in DMS support, customer service, or distribution operations.

> Strong problem-solving, communication, and inventory management skills.

> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and DMS-related software.

> Analytical and data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and improve operational processes.
