Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic plans for dealer network growth and performance improvement.
  • Identify, onboard, and support high-potential dealers across key markets.
  • Analyze market data to assess dealer coverage, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to strengthen dealer performance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
  • Lead dealer performance reviews and implement improvement action plans.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in dealer network management, business development, or related areas (preferably in automotive or industrial sectors).
  • Proven track record in developing and managing dealer relationships.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
