Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for dealer network growth and performance improvement.
- Identify, onboard, and support high-potential dealers across key markets.
- Analyze market data to assess dealer coverage, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to strengthen dealer performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
- Lead dealer performance reviews and implement improvement action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in dealer network management, business development, or related areas (preferably in automotive or industrial sectors).
- Proven track record in developing and managing dealer relationships.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
