Salary expectations are negotiable, subject to your experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for dealer network growth and performance improvement. Identify, onboard, and support high-potential dealers across key markets. Analyze market data to assess dealer coverage, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to strengthen dealer performance. Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards. Lead dealer performance reviews and implement improvement action plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 7 years of experience in dealer network management, business development, or related areas (preferably in automotive or industrial sectors). Proven track record in developing and managing dealer relationships. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
