Docs Business Analyst

Designation: Docs Business Analyst II (Configuration)

Only Immediate Joiners Preferred.

CTC : Upto 6 LPA will be offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Solution Lead/ Manager in driving the implementation

• Analyse, configure and resolve product configuration issues in a timely and systematic

manner – Primary responsibility.

• Understand and analyses client requirement, and translate the requirements into a functional

solution and configure the solution in the product

• Work closely with SME/Product Owner and Client to establish exact requirements and

manage expectations

• Participate in full life cycle of design, development, and testing phases

• Identify issues, structure, and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding

with limited guidance.

• Work with technical team on user stories as needed.

• Answer business questions and concerns raised by client, as needed.

• Maintain requirements traceability and conduct unit testing against requirements

• Participate in project planning, tracking and sprint ceremonies

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles

• Engineering or Management degree is desirable

• Experience with working with a client directly

• Proficient in HTML and CSS

• Experience with SDLC methodologies

• Experience working on user-story creation and defect tracking tools (IBM, JIRA, Azure etc.)

• Experience in configuration/implementation of BPM or document management tools would be

a plus

• Proficient with MS office

• Strong logic building and application skills. Knowledge of any programming language is a plus

• Strong verbal, written communication, and active listening skills

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of SQL queries

• Ability to multi-task, handle tight deadlines under pressure situations

• Ability to solve problems independently and provide guidance to the team members

• A zeal to learn, apply learning to new situations

• Ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders

• Any experience with US healthcare industry – basic knowledge works too.
