Location: Gowrivakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates
Qualification: MBBS
Registration: Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) Registration – Mandatory
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Duty Doctor to provide quality medical care and support day-to-day clinical operations. The role is open to both fresh MBBS graduates and experienced doctors with strong clinical fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients as per standard medical protocols
- Conduct patient examinations, diagnose illnesses, and recommend treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Handle emergency cases and provide first-line treatment when required
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics
- Participate in ward rounds and follow-up care
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
- Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC) registration
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Commitment to patient care and safety
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic emergency management skills
- Familiarity with hospital documentation and EMR systems (preferred)
