Overview

The Doctor is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health services across the company's manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely medical attention for employees, supports workplace safety initiatives, and maintains full compliance with applicable health, labor, and regulatory standards (STPS, IMSS, ISSESALUD).

The position oversees medical evaluations, emergency response, case management, documentation of workplace accidents, preventive health programs, and epidemiological surveillance. It also plays a key role in employee wellness initiatives, ergonomic assessments, and facilitating a safe return-to-work process. In addition, the Doctor manages medical supplies and equipment for all assigned plants, supervises the nursing staff to ensure full shift coverage, and collaborates closely with HR, Operations, and EHS teams.
