Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to analyze a set of approximately 50 structured documents that describe the same type of calculation scenario.
Each document contains calculations based on the summation of multiple cost components, processed according to a consistent schema. While the documents follow a standardized structure, the underlying calculation logic differs and appears to follow roughly 15 distinct decision paths.
Your task will be to:
• Scan / review the documents (OCR may be required)
• Identify and extract relevant cost positions
• Determine which factors influence the final calculation
• Reverse-engineer the decision logic behind the documents
• Categorize documents into their respective decision paths
• Create a clear decision tree / logic model
• Document how each decision path affects the resulting calculations
