Selectek is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Document Management Administrative Professional to join our team in the fast-paced electrical construction industry.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and accessibility of essential project documentation across multiple job sites and teams. 



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project documents including contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, and specifications
  • Monitor document revisions and ensure up-to-date records through version control processes
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to track documentation flow and deadlines
  • Prepare and distribute document packages and reports to internal teams and clients
  • Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, client requirements, and company protocols
