Our Information Management department is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support in obtaining the social license for an expanding project.
We are looking for a Document Control Analyst person who has knowledge and experience in document control to identify, maintain and close the files generated by the social investment, for the execution of large linear projects related to the transportation of hydrocarbons through pipelines.
**Responsibilities**:
As Document Control Analyst we require a Bachelor's Degree, Administrative or Engineering degree with at least 3 years of verifiable experience in projects for the release of right of ways in the energy sector, with basic knowledge of the following legislation:
- Generation of a forecast on the missing documentation and the regularization applicable to each case.
- Update the documentary control database of each file.
