Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Setup: Develop and implement the Document Management Plan, configure ShareCenter, train stakeholders, define reporting requirements, and migrate reference documents.
  • Execution & Control: Maintain distribution matrices, manage document workflows, classify and distribute documents from external parties, manage access permissions, and ensure timely document processing.
  • Closeout: Support archiving and final handover of project documentation, and participate in ShareCenter closeout activities.
  • Technical Tasks: Use ShareCenter tools for document registration and metadata management, ensure quality control and compliance with standards, and support external portals and client systems as needed.
  • Support: Provide document control support to project teams and external users, respond to queries, and assist in training other document controllers.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within engineering or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management tools.
  • Strong metadata management and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.

Preferred

  • Ability to customize processes and train others.
  • Advanced SharePoint skills.
