Overview

Report to Senior Manager HR / ADM/ QUALITY ASSURANCE. To ensure company compliance with ISO Standards and regulations. Execute all certification processes, managing the changes and maintaining the certification activities according to the product certification procedures and the accreditation requirements. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by managing and resolving customer complaints and addressing quality issues.

Adhere to and enforce all Quality standards and stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations and procedures inclusive safety and environment.

Control Document Lifecycle. Develop and manage the creation, amended, storage, retrieval and disposal of both electronic and physical documents.

Provide Training and Communication. Train and educate staff on documented management procedures, standards and best practices.
