Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and review of documentation related to credit facilities, ensuring accuracy and authenticity. This includes preparing and reviewing facility offer letters, term loan agreements, and security documents in accordance with bank standards.
Additionally, the individual will ensure that all security documents are properly executed, signatures are verified, and the authenticity of signatories is supported by resolution or POA.
They will also rectify discrepancies in existing security documentation, obtain approval from relevant authorities for incomplete documents, and integrate accurate and timely internal reporting and regulatory reporting.
