Document Control Specialist
Summary of Position
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring documents are entered, released and maintained in the PLM correctly; data is accurate and in the appropriate place for internal and external usage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Change Orders (COs) using the PLM in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy in compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with Change Order initiators to ensure accuracy of the change orders.
- Ensure accurate approval assignment per company procedures.
- Ensure CO attributes are filled out accurately per company procedures.
- Coordinate data input/maintenance of approved CO and project data (including but not limited to BOM, component specifications, and engineering drawings).
