We’re looking for detail-driven professionals to support a global HR compliance initiative . This role is all about digging into historical employee records—both physical and digital—making sure everything is accurate, complete, and audit-ready across regions.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Retrieving employee files from physical archives and digital repositories
  • Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness against defined guidelines
  • Maintaining trackers, logs, and clear documentation of findings
  • Partnering with regional HR teams and vendors to resolve gaps
  • Investigating missing or hard-to-locate documents and escalating issues when needed
