Job Description

This Document Control Specialist Position Features:
• Monday-Friday; Onsite
• Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Great Pay to $20.25/hr

Responsibilities:
• Run report for delivery schedule, with accurate delivery/pickup of documents
• Communicate any issues with deliveries (delivery location changes)
• Support physical inventory activities (File bridge end user support)
• Perform complex database queries to track records and meet internal customer needs
• Support preparation of documents to send for imaging, and daily checks using a document scanner and software.
• Monitor and coordinate delivery and pick-up of records with current vendors
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or comparable work experience
• 3+ years in a professional office environment
• Analytical skills and ability to use O365 for data analysis and research
• Knowledge of records software systems, scanners, filing, storage & disposal procedures, as well as records tracking system
• Good communication skills (written, read and verbal)

Physical Demands:
• Physical activity required including bending, reaching, lifting, and prolonged periods standing
• May lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
