Document Control Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Documentation Assurance Specialist to play a key role in strengthening credit governance and supporting a high-performing Commercial Banking business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams, gaining broad exposure across the credit lifecycle while contributing to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure credit documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with approved credit terms

• Review commercial banking portfolios to assess credit health, documentation standards, and policy compliance

• Monitor covenants, key risk indicators, and early warning signals

• Identify gaps, escalate risks, and provide practical insights to stakeholders
