The DCU Assistant is responsible for supporting document control activities to ensure all company and project documents are properly managed, recorded, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, registering, numbering, and distributing incoming and outgoing documents

  • Maintain and update document registers, logs, and tracking records

  • Ensure documents are properly filed (softcopy and hardcopy) and easily retrievable

  • Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are in use
