Responsibilities
Maintain and control project documentation including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.
Implement and manage a document control system to ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval.
Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution to relevant project stakeholders.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely submission of required documents.
Generate and maintain document registers, transmittals, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures and standards.
Support audits and project handover by maintaining organized and complete documentation.
