Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control project documents and drawings
  • Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving
  • Utilize DMS systems (Aconex or similar)
  • Control correspondence between contractor, consultant, and client
  • Prepare document status and tracking reports

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or Diploma in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in document control
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and document control systems (Aconex preferred)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team
