About our Role

Due to continued business growth, WGA seeks an experienced Document Controller to join our established and collaborative national Document Control team.

This Perth‑based, full‑time role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured project environment, values quality and consistency, and brings a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. You will apply a strong “best for project” mindset, using your experience to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions. Success in the role is underpinned by your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.

Primary to the role will be implementing and maintaining project‑specific document control procedures to ensure compliance with document control, information and records management requirements as well as checking, processing and maintaining internal and external deliverables across the project lifecycle.

About you

  • Minimum 5 years document control experience ideally in a major project environment.
  • Experience in the operation, administration and maintenance of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Proven experience working across multiple projects/project elements concurrently.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite, preferably including Visio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong administration, planning and organisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
  • Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
  • Australian citizenship preferred (required to obtain Baseline security clearance).
