Document Controller Duties & Responsibilities
- Control Incoming and Outgoing documents
- Maintain Device Master Record files - both hard and soft copies
- Expedites documents related to activities by Vendors and Suppliers
- Prepares reports, correspondence, and performs other clerical/administrative duties as need arise
- Identify different types of documents, such as Sales Invoice, Materials Receiving Report, Requisition Slips, Vouchers and Purchase Orders
- Scan documents to generate a central database to be stored on the server and cloud
- Implement and maintain a coordinated and consistent filing system
- Ability to monitor and evaluate systems and to look for improvements
- Able to work independently, under minimum supervision, and as part of a team
- Effective, accurate, proactive and attention to detail
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience
