Job Description

A Site Document Controller manages, organizes, and controls all project documents (blueprints, reports, etc.) on a construction or engineering site, ensuring accuracy, version control, security, and timely access for teams, supporting quality compliance, and handling electronic/hard copies from intake to archiving. Key duties include tracking revisions, maintaining databases, facilitating information flow, and ensuring adherence to company and industry standards for documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Receive, log, distribute, and archive all project documents (technical drawings, RFIs, submittals, quality reports).
  • Version Control: Maintain the latest revisions, ensuring teams work with current information.
