Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Document Controller to manage and control all documentation related to construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, tracking, and distributing documents, ensuring all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, register, and file incoming and outgoing project documents.
  • Ensure proper document control for construction drawings, correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and contracts.
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings.
  • Distribute documents to the relevant teams and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support project teams with document retrieval and tracking.
  • Ensure document versions and formats are maintained in compliance with company standards.
